Stephens role in Orca is that of that of Sales Managment whilst still working with indivdual clients to achieve funding for new projects and manage existing debt positions.

John along with Stephen Byrne is a Founder of Orca Financial, forming the company in 2004. John has over 20 years experience in the Life and Pensions industry. John was Life and Pension sales manager for Irish Life and Permanent prior his role in Orca. John posesses an in depth industry knowledge having worked for some of the larger life companies prior to his role as a broker.

Debbie McCoy

Life and Pensions Administration

 

Debbie has been with Orca Financial since 2006 as an Administrator. Debbie previously roles were sales based and since joing Orca Financial Debie has completed QFA 1. 

Debbie is proactive and deals with clients in a friendly and efficient manor.

Debbie currently handles client queries and processes new business.

Sarah McGurrin

QFA, FLIA Life, Pensions & Mortgage Advisor

 

Sarah has 11 years extensive experience in the Insurance industry. During this time, Sarah worked in one of the major life companies and has in depth knowledge of all life and Pension Products. Sarah has been in an advisory role with Orca since 2005 where she advises on on all aspects of Family Protection, Investments, Pension and Mortgages.

Sarah qualified in 2002 as a Financial Advisor, Achieved the Mortgage Dip in 2004 and Financial Services dip in 2009. Sarah has obtained her FLIA in 2010 and is currently studying for her Tax Qualification. 

Sarah specialises in Financial Reviews tailored to each of her clients individual circumstances.

Donna Dempsey

Life and Pensions Administrator

 

Donna started with Moloney Financial Servieces in 2005, this company was merged into Orca Financial in 2008.

Donna is a University College Dublin graduate with 8 years experience in Financial Services Administration and is an integral part of Orca's Midlands operation. 

Donna's has a friendly manorism and exceptional work ethic. Donna currently handles Client queries and the processing of new business.

Ian Moody

Life and Pensions Advisor

 

Ian Joined Orca in 2011, with nearly 10 years experience in the financialservices industry, he has seen the evolution of personal financial planning from various perspectives including, retail banking, personal lending & property finance, bank assurance and most recently as a tied agent with an insurance company. Now with Orca as a life a pension consultant Ian advisesclients on retirement planning, life and income protection as well as lump suminvestments.

Ger Reddy

Life and Pensions Advisor

 

Ger has more than 20 year’s experience in the Financial Services industry. He hold’s a BFS Degree in Financial Services from UCD and is a member of theInstitute of Bankers. He recently joined Orca Financial from Bank of Scotland, where he had spent the past eight years. During his tenure there he held anumber of roles, and was mainly involved in developing business for the Bankin the Midlands region.

Louise Byrne QFA, Pensions Dip

Operations / General Manager

 

Louise joined Orca Financial in January 2012 and has 12 years’ experience in the industry. Louise’s role Orca Financial is Operations/General Manager.  Louise has an in depth knowledge of the Life & Pensions industry and possesses excellent organisational, planning and time management skills.

 

Louise qualified as an Advisor in 2006 and completed a Pensions Diploma in May 2009. Louise is responsible for the management of the administration side of the business and oversees the back up and support required to our dedicated Sales Team.
